New Bike - Tommasini Diamante

When one spends as much time on Ebay as I have recently, strange things are bound to happen.  The Tommasini Diamante bike pictured below arrived at my home today.  I had enough time to get it assembled and take a short ride for some pics.  It came without pedals, so please ignore the MKS Roads I installed pro tem:

    those mks pedals you are making light of appear to nos or very lightly used vintage sylvans with the original fuji straps and the original stitched leather toe protectors

    Good eyes on the pedals. These are actually from a 1980 Fuji America and are on ebay at the moment.

    You're right, they are actually quite nice pedals, just a little out of place on this bike IMO.

    Well, it isn't so beautiful anymore. I got in an accident about 4 weeks ago on it, more or less totalled the frame.
