I can't stand it any longer - I was going to hold out for a few days before posting the mystery frame, but after I applied the decals to the mystery frame, I nearly fainted:


Yes, it is a 1972 Mondia Special. I received this frameset in a trade eight years ago, and have had it sitting around ever since. Recently, I stripped the paint, sent it out for spraying, then applied the striping and decals.

Not a Fuji, but those aren't my only love - I've had a decades long dalliance w/fine European steel and this has it all.
